Writing quality will always be LLM sloppa but can be improved and tuned through presets. Much better memory capacity with better tools to help it remember things and reply in the direction you want. Replies are as long or short as you want, not strictly limited to
c.ai's short ass messages. Can even get creative with how the replies are formatted.
Specific output varies wildly depending on the model you use since ST is just a frontend with no associated LLM. If you want "good" writing (for an LLM) then I'd recommend Claude, shit's just good, but also expensive. Some people also swear by Gemini 2.5 Pro. I main Deepseek though because shit's cheap and and has a schizo touch that makes for interesting progression (and good for fetishes) while being coherent enough.
I think
c.ai uses GPT which I never use personally, it's very dry. Pipsqueak is better at least, may or may not be a bit better than Deepseek V3 0324, but
c.ai is just kind of a shit platform so I didn't see a point in switching back
