3 is my favorite batch, though it was the time i really got into pokemon so there might be some strong bias here.
1 is great overall, though it just might be nostalgia speaking
4 is good overall, Torterra is probably the last final form stater that i actually really liked and the other two are passable, even if infernape is kind of too much for me.
2 was when i kind of got away from pokemon and got more interested in other stuff, feraligatr is cool but the other two are really bland overall.
6 are just disappointing, i had high hopes for them but they managed to fuck up the coolest idea for starters ever. Greninja wouldnt be so bad if not for tongue scarf but the other two are just fucked.
5 will be the worst forever, wottergate and all of the rage, denial and sadness involved still scar my memories to this day.
