The only mainline game I recommend is Legends Arceus, but I don't know where your priorities lie
Sword base game was completely ass, I only liked parts of the (short) postgame. DLCs seem like a massive improvement, but haven't done them yet. In terms of graphics it's cool, aside from the meme trees
BDSP in progress here, but everyone says it's a downgrade from Plat. Currently enjoying it, though. It's got a full gen1-4 dex and compliments Legends well
SV is a technical disaster that also is extremely fucking ugly, aside from Pokémon models - those are the best we've seen yet. As a game overall I can't recommend this shit, but myself - I don't hate it enough to sell it and hours still get poured into it. I love some mon designs, the shiny hunting is amazing, raids can be challenging (brainless and impossible too, sometimes)
There's also LGPE but it's Kanto with megas and PkGo style catching (but with the chain catching system, good for shiny hunting). It works differently with Home though
PkGo can only transfer kantomons into LGPE directly and they go into the Go Park in Fuchsia, where you can play a game with them or catch (again)
However those you catch in other games and those that came from PkGo to Home may never enter LGPE
And those that leave LGPE and get put into another game may never return to LGPE again
