Actually if we're talking about weird and strange events there's another one at the Tide Song Hotel.
If you go up to the 3rd floor and enter the 1st door you encounter on your right you'll find a Bellossom, a Comfey and a young girl. The Bellossom and Comfey will be making noise and such until all 3 notice you. The girl says something along the lines of "We can't be seen" and the Bellossom kicks you out, where you'll get an Oran Berry. If you go back they're gone and all that's there is a Fresh Water.
What's spooky to note is when Bellossom kicks you out, it's actually floating, like a ghost.
