Deoxys would be fun as a forme-changer, though I'd limit it to Attack/Defense forme.
Attack Forme would obviously have very powerful damage rack-ups and KO moves but be just as easily KOed himself, with fast movement and high jumps.
Defense Forme would be heavy and tough, a little slower, and with some strong but slow attacks.

Shifts to Defense Forme.

A la Mewtwo.

Deoxys flashes a Mirror Coat that returns projectiles back at the source with doubled speed and damage.

Deoxys performs a weak, short-ranged attack. If it connects, the victim drops any items it has or charge-up moves it has stored.
