I'm willing to go as far as to say that Incineroar is one of the greatest vidya villains of all time. He is the gold standard for what to look for in a heel.
Roman Reigns on the other hand is constantly pushed as a face. However, as OP has pointed out, he is completely unlikable to the point where new fans often mistake him for a heel at first. It becomes awkwardly forced whenever he's in a high profile fight, which leads to bouts that nobody wants either wrestler to win. However, there IS one character who fits the bill perfectly. A character that is pushed as a face by the media throughout the entire game only to receive nothing but indifference or even scorn from everyone else.
His name is Ace Hardlight.
