>>38068732I had my appendectomy a few weeks ago. Recently just started going back to the gym. I was at 495 1RM. Life happens though. My goal was to hit 505 before I went to Iceland but some things you can't control. I'm thankful I can manage a regular set of 315 with no weird piercing pains or weird compensations in my lift. That being said it was stupid to even try and risk it since I should still be recovering.
