Wasn't able to update yesterday since I was away from home, but we managed to defeat Clair and made our way to the E4, and now we're well grinded up and ready to take them on
after a short break>>39300737Seconding on Dewpider, Araquanid is a really solid mon in a Nuzlocke, really great defenses and Water Bubble is an A+ ability, only other thing I'd do personally is maybe switch out Persian with Sylveon (especially if your Eevee has a good Hidden Power like Fire), I've found Persian to start lagging behind around the end of the second island, and Sylveon is a solid mon to have, always good to have a Fairy type and a SpD wall
>>39301233Personally I'd say it's ok to do the Bug-Catching Contest for the items, since it wouldn't really affect anything other than being able to access an evolution (which why I'm also ok with say, using another game to access trade evos)
