The reason is I've loved water all of my life and used to swim constantly, but in my early 20's my hair began thinning drastically from some health issues to the point where you can see my scalp which is magnified when it gets wet. I slowly developed a fear of swimming around other people out of embarrassment.
I know it seems like a silly thing, but I'm also female and constantly got asked about it until I stopped. Other than that I'd also be happy as a Leafeon.
