I'd been planning on keeping Yveltal around since its appearance in the trailer. By this point, I'm well aware of when I'm growing too dependent on a certain Pokémon, and I could shift battle responsibility away from Yveltal if that was happening.
The experience boost from Amie made my other Pokémon probably just as "game-breaking", anyway.
