I expect gamefreak to make a big celebration video that basically amounts to them doing pic related next to better franchises, and to cobble together some kind of montage of pokemon game footage through out the ages to give us all the illusion that they've made any kind of progress since the 90's, they'll probably talk about pokemon unite some more, pokemon snap, the inevitable pokemon diamond and pearl remakes, they'll address dexit by saying "please understand while we continue to remove your pokemon, just don't forget to pay for home or we'll delete your non Kalos and Sinnoh pokemon" and i dunno, maybe show off some new non game products for autistic collectors to line their wallets with.
