Would have a signature ability in Ink Cloud, which would work like Parting Shot, except it would lower the opponent's accuracy and allow the Pokemon to escape Pursuit unharmed. Also have Camouflage, Nasty Plot, Wrap, other tentacle-y moves. Maybe something like Withdraw or Protect to reflect the ones that carry shells around for protection.
No bullshit siphon like Octillery.
