The list they made for Gen 1 was pretty terrible too but at least that list mostly focused on real glitches (even if most were edge cases that noone gave a shit about and their point of OHKO moves being only on slow pokemon is actually an example of Gen 1 having competent balance). They clearly had no idea what they were even saying with this Gen2 list
