>>43015696i'm probably the only guy in the world with a 5* blaine. while the extra stats probably help a bit, you really only need him for sunny day (and the speed, which is already quite good) so it's hard to suggest promoting it over a more well-rounded pair. mew is probably the best unit to promote right now due to it being the best tank in villa. torchic, korrina, and noland are also pretty popular.
