i vividly remember a fag doing this last version in response to the healingshit, one of the heroes too, so curious to see how it'll be treated here
you'd also think they'd overturn this law if they knew the villains were spamming the weird recovery machines. it's weird that they talked about telling the higher ups about that earlier, but nothing has come of it and even the villains have apparently forgotten
