Why did GameFreak stop treating Mawile and Sableye as equals or counterparts? In base Sun and Moon, they only had Sableye, and in gen 9, they put Sableye in without putting in Mawile. You don't see that happening with Zangoose and Seviper, Solrock and Lunatone, or Sawk and Throh.
I know Mawile got her mega first, but that was too probably just hint at mega Sableye and Hoenn remakes coming like how Blaziken got one before the other starters
And now Sableye is in Unite with Mawile nowhere in site again, and vice versa in Cafe.
Recently, it kind of feels like TPC and side devs priortize Sableye over Mawile. maybe it's different in the merch and tcg stuff
I'm hoping she can come to Unite so she can get more outfits, and Unite is more popular with the general audience so it'll boost her popularity
