Rips off Archie and Maxie's plan which was never a good story to begin with, though he is nowhere near as stupid about it. I like the whole emotionless aspect and god complex.

Fucking hell, this is the worst. His battle theme is the only good thing about him. After gen 5, why the fuck would you go back to the gen 3 story template? Fuck this guy.

Has some interesting spins on Pokemon's story formula but GF has no idea how to make twist villains. Her UB transformation was a massive blunder and embarassment and in general it feels like the whole "she was mind controlled by UB poison" feels like a copout on GFs part because they don't have the balls to write truly evil villains anymore.
Her hair looks stupid and you can tell even artists have trouble with that.
