Just like how Pecha was obsessed with pleasing the old couple by giving them every little whim and fancy because that's his own warped idea of love, the Loyal Three "become chained to Pecharunt's will" in that what he wants and what they want is basically one and the same. Having reached their unattainable dreams of brawns/brains/beauty themselves they give up on any other personal goal and instead focus on Pecha's own desires no matter what it takes.
This also explains why Fez and Dogi didn't bail the fuck out upon being caught in the act and instead decided to start throwing hands. Because sure the plan was to quietly steal the masks but imagine how disappointed Pecha will be if we come out of the cave empty handed he really wanted those masks he's going to cry. Nah, we'll just get them anyway and simply omit the small fact that we had to kill a guy in the process.
