While Gallade may be quite popular in the western world, it isn't quite so in the Japan proper where all points to a popularity lesser than the one bound to the likes of Bisharp or Scrafty.
Plus, if GF feels like Gallade is merely a gimmick meant as a tag-along for original Ralts family, they might consider it redundant to give a mega evo to both fully evolved members of this family.
I do hope he gets one, but all omens so far suggest that it is very unlikely.
