>>37948428>Lucario's stripesThose perfectly straight, rigid, angular black stripes on Lucario's face look awful wrapped around its globular head. They do not match the jagged black ends of its paws, nor the "belt" stripe, nor the donuts it calls its shoulders. None of these feel like they sync up.
>Lucario's hairis probably supposed to be dreadlocks, but they don't look like it; they look like tear drops made of solid plastic nailed to its skull at a weird angle that don't complement the rest of its design whatsoever.
>Species inspirationLucario is likely meant to be a member of the canidae, and even has a canine muzzle, but it has an anime mouth like a human being floating around its chin area, making its muzzle look like a giant schnozz.
>The random-ass spikes on its bodyThey're never used as weapons, even in the anime, and serve no purpose unless you choose to believe the occasional Dex entry that tries to claim they're used to channel "energy" or some bullshit. Random spikes like this is an issue with Gen 4 in general, however.
>Lucario's hipsThey do not look natural; they look like it's wearing jorts.
>Its tailIts tail meanwhile is one of worst I've ever seen; it's a featureless, bent chunk of plastic jutting out of its ass at an angle compared to the rest of its spine, which is not how anatomy works.
>Its silhouetteWe've had plenty of humanoid Pokemon before, but Lucario is something else. Lucario's silhouette is just a skinny teenaged human with the head of a dog, something that only really works if played for comedy or surrealism - neither of which is the case, here.
