So here's my first draft of a power tier list, the tiers are divided from bottom to top as:
Don't know tier, where I put the pokemon I'm not familiar enough with/ don't have enough showings for accurate placement.
Not Power Based Tier: For pokemon who aren't necessarily weak, or whose abilities are powerful- but not quantifiable in any meaningful way.
Strong Pokemon tier: For pokemon that classify as just stronger than the average pokemon.
Superior Pokemon Tier: Coming into true Legendary status, mons in this tier have been shown to be vastly superior to normal pokemon.
Natural Disaster Tier: Pokemon in here have been shown to have the capability of causing mass destruction from town level, to possibly country level.
Continental+ Tier: For pokemon even stronger than just country level destruction- possibly planetary, but that's on a case-by-case basis.
Hoopa Tier: Previously named Arceus Tier, before I realized just how much more powerful Hoopa potentially was.
