Most of the shit in OP’s image would have been better if the game didn’t even bother making it postgame and just naturally made the campaign good like Gen 3 and Gen 6+. Why the fuck are all the interesting encounters locked to retarded postgame gimmicks like dual slot/swarm/pokeradar in Platinum instead of just being normal random encounters so the game doesn’t spam me with the same shitty Kanto Pokemon the whole game? How does BW2 benefit from locking off half the fucking region until I’m done the game and preventing me from breeding or reviving fossils or catching Unova Pokemon like Palpitoad and Munna? If your game is so uninteresting that it needs to rely on pointlessly locking stuff to after the credits to dangle in front of you then maybe that's a sign the game is fundamentally shit.
