I just asked my brony friend(they can be chill when you lay down the rules: no horseshit) if the pony show has a plot or if it's purely episodic. He told me it's a mix, but there's usually an arcing plot or three each season.
Even My Little fucking Pony has a plotline. How the hell can this kid cry that Horizon's is bad because "kodomo can't have plot"? MLP is the definition of a kid's show, practically a baby show, and it still has them.
