Day 53, turns out they had a shiny Blaziken as their leader, and he remembers what he looked like beforehand. I awkwardly tried to prove I was one of them by saying my name, but accidentally stuttered, instead yelling "Comb-busken!".
Since then traveled into a local forest, and have taken residency with the local Pikachu. They believe I'm unable to use electricity due to the lack of red spots on my face, which is nice, but they seem to greet each other with an occasional shock, and it is rather painful for me.
