To be fair, some of them are still simply palette swaps (like the one in Silver Trench), but at least there's more to them.
Many dungeons in Rescue Team share tilesets so you will see repetition sooner or later (few are completely unique though); in Explorers all of them except Destiny Tower are unique to a dungeon (tower shares it with one of the Zero Isles)
