Also it can't eat because its mouth can't reach the ground without those tusks getting in the way. Another reason it should've had a trunk.
Lots of fun to use in pvp, I'll give it that.
I don't think Lapras is very controversial to have as a favorite ice type, it's just a cool pokemon.
