its not exact, but close. Tried to do it with a Binary Pen but the ref image def has a texture applied to the brush. You can set a Binary Pen to [coarse] but you won't the same type of effect on the outside of the pen stroke than just using a Brush with a texture on it.
Another tip is to make an Eraser with the exact settings as the brush so you can control the ends of each stroke a bit better.
