south to vermillian -> SS anne -> body slam TM 4th door from left for clefable -> top left stairs -> wrap to the right for captain and cut HM -> teach to charmander. Lt. Surge -> RNG find first switch then a random switch adjacent to first one. Get squirtle from girl center of vermillion. Get bike voucher building left from gym. Diglett cave -> south to Flash HM -> teach to pikachu.
Back through diglett cave then back to cerluean city for Rock Cave via tree to cut now. Use flash.
