Best catches there were probably a CP2200 Donphan, a Blissey, and a Charizard. It also has crazy spawns for all 3 fire starters (that might have changed with Johto festival though).
No nests but I think its a "cluster" spawn point or something? Maybe like every 15-30 minutes like 10 pokemon will spawn.
