The only inspiration I can see of Gracidea and Shaymin forms is Christmas, it actually makes sense considering Sinnoh's main legendary and the cold region and its main red/green/white color scheme, sky form looks like some kind of angel reindeer with Serene Grace ability like Togepi's and Chansey's lines (Jubilee and Happiness symbol eggmons). The Gracidea flower reminds of the poinsettia flower which in some cultures is called "Christmas Star / Christmas Eve Flower" flower or "Easter Flower" and on the top of it this plant and its petals are actually toxic and Shaymin's flower does absorb toxins from the polluted enviroment. By absorbing toxins it heals the enviroment and therefore basically gives it a new birth / rebirth.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PoinsettiaAlso guess I found the answer for the Gracidea flower color change, the pink color is the early blooming flower and eventually it becomes red once it's mature.
