Also, looking at the Arcanine's again just made me realize that it's got 600 BST in this hack, really living up the pokedex descriptor as being a legendary mon.

From a gameplay perspective though not having to stress out about getting nuked by 4x effective fighting and steel moves (when the former in particular is a common coverage typing) is probably good.
These guys are working with over 1000 mons here so they probably didn't brainstorm on it too long, but I like it at least.
What innates would you give it? Snow Veil? Slush Rush?
