The inspiration for this came from a Parasect I've been using for Rain teams in battle tree doubles. It's more a wishlist than anything.
Parasect has dry skin which allows allied Pokémon to heal it with rain boosted surf. Rage Powder can help pelipper set up tailwind and spore is spore.
Boosts to HP and defenses support its rage Powder usage and an attack boost let's it take advantage of the improved leech life.
A few nice attacking additions including liquidation which has pseudo-stab in the rain. Wasn't sure about first impression, as Parasect really needs the novelty, but nice to have the option.
I really like Parasect and wanted to build on its existing niches over the other Rage Powder users.
