Just head in total SJW-insanity galaxy-gender levels of representation with it if you want that niche. Don't even bother with pronunciations here and there, but just do the damn fucking Gendermons. Some gender descriptions are already on par with Pokedex entries about how ridiculous they are, so the game mostly writes itself. Let's say the creature is some sort of youkai gender manifestation, and let them get the title of better sex or something. It would be very cool if done correctly.
