>>58504858So the seed is bugged in emerald so that it's always 0, but if you interact with a painting in lilycove's contest hall it changes the seed to the number of frames that passed since the game started. so I would always boot my game up in front of that painting, wait a random amount of seconds and interact with the painting for fresh rng every session. Then fly and head to route 102, repel to make the chance of ralts go from 4% to 10% and then jump on my acro bike to make the repel not run out. No RNG manipulation, just random encounters and hoping.
Took 105,630 random encounters over the last 4 years. Now I'm working on getting her all the ribbons
