160 DEF - 40 less than Steelix
55 SPA - same as Steelix
65 SPD - same as Steelix
90 SPE - 60 more than Steelix
Basically mimicking Scyther, which loses 40 Speed to gain 20 Attack and 20 Defense as Scizor.
Alternatively I guess you could just keep Steelix's 85 attack and keep Onix's speed at 70
