Story canon wise, it is not canon until "I'm posting it again" is posted, followed by "Absolute madman."
Eevee threads that run parallel to Fridays should be filled first to prevent flooding of content, however if the Eevee thread in question is one that is baiting, obviously made to derail the reoccurring general, or is just plain shit, create an /ef/ thread.
An Eevee thread without the header of /ef/ is simply not /ef/ and is counted as a 0 on the /ef/ count for the weekend.
You do not need to redirect users of a current non /ef/ thread to the /ef/ thread, only when it is near closing.
If it's an obvious trap/bait for people to say "Hurrrrrrrrrr look, THERE AM BE 6 MILLION EEVEES ON /vp/.../ef/ is dead, Mod ban all eeveeposters, dogfuckers." then simply ignore and don't feed into it.
