I genuinely don't understand the thought process of the writers here. The have Ash reach leagues he has never reached before, fighting the best of the best and you don't let him use all the Pokemon he has caught throughout the years? What the fuck is going on here. Is it a problem with voice actors? What's the logical explanation for Ash to use his current team instead of going for Charizard, Infernape, Sceptile. Snorlax or other mons
