After showing her Kakariko I take her back home to my cabin so she can relax for a few days. However she can't stop thinking about her friends, the chickens, back in the village so we return. At first we go hunting in the forest for more magic mushrooms and then travel to the Witch's Hut for a new, larger batch of magic powder. However sprinkling the powder on her friends, and other chickens in the village, does a variety of benign or strange things (though usually nothing), but none of them turn into people. Disheartened and lonely, she asks to be returned to her chicken form, even if it means someday being eaten by the woman whose house I found her in. Sadly, perhaps, it powder does nothing to her either.
However it is said that the Power of Gold, Triforce, can transform people to reflect what is in their hearts. Feeling that I owe her a debt of responsibility for my reckless intervention in her life, I offer to help her find the Triforce so she can wish herself back into her old body. We prepare and set off for Death Mountain and the adventure begins!
