I have some incredibly autismal rules when doing in-game pokemon playthroughs. No overlapping types (Kanto gets a pass because everything is poison and I like too few other kantomons), must have grass, fire and water types, one being the starter, and no reusing a Pokemon used in an earlier region. Makes things more fun for me. You might notice other patterns.
Literally all I wanted out of LGPE was crossgen evos but they wouldn't even give me that, so fuck it, I'm putting in a Rhyperior for Kanto anyway. Asa comes from Asahi, a beer I really like from Japan and booting up HGSS reminds me of chilling in Osaka (which is IRL Goldenrod City) drinking beer, good times. Since there's no Gen 7 PC sprites I used the swimmer model since his eyes are also covered, I put sunglasses on my Gen 7 MC and he looks hilarious in cutscenes, like he simply doesn't give a fuck.
The last card here are some other favmons that haven't been able to be put on an ingame team, they're on a waitlist hoping for a visa to Galar. It's really hard for me to make a team of favourites because most of them are water types, and my autism won't let me run more than one pokemon of a type unless it's monotype team, which precludes other mons.
Arthur is one of my favourite names and I regret using it on a shit region like Kalos, but it might have been too obvious to use in Galar. Gonna accept suggestions for male names starting with A if anyone wants to help.
