Whimsicott has probably been my favorite since it was introduced. It has a simple design, looks adorbs as fug, and has a mechanical niche. Which basically comes down to being a jerk.
I also like Mega Gallade for having a very sleek design compared to the clusterfuck before it, and Meowstic for many of the same reasons as Whimsicott, but also because of how fans portray it together with the female counterpart.

I don't feel a strong attraction towards any of them, but if I had to choose one, then Grass. Utility moves are fun, and weather can provide overarching strategies. It also has many designs I like, such as Whimsicott, Breloom and Cradily, and I've always chosen the grass starter.
