1)No one realistically throws 80-100% excellents, especially while rushing a bunch of fast catches.
2)MAYBE you would have a chance with this insane number if Hanke actually picked a normal pokemon. However, Fetching has an usually small circle and isn't a guaranteed catch after level 11 even if you use a golden razz berry and get an execellent.
