Any one of these top 12 mons could easily be my favourite mon. Heracross and Milotic are recent additions - Heracross mainly for being really good in my SS playthrough (helps that I've seen a few Heracross threads lately) and Milotic mainly because I realised who my favourite character was while replaying AS.
