The main series games are objectively terrible. They offer terrible stories, constant "one step forward two steps back" innovations between each iteration, and are so easy that they become nothing more than a puddle of mud to wade through so you can get to pumping out 300 Pokemon eggs in pursuit of perfect IVs. So I ask /vp/, without the trolling or shit posting, why is GaneFreak ok with just the bare minimum? Why is it that this series gets by like it does for being mired in mediocrity? You have to think that multiple people give the go ahead for everything shitty about the games. Why don't they try harder?
