I unironically liked gardevoir's design back as a kid before I learned how sexualized they had become in the internet.
There's something very eerie about its proportions; save for the head the rest of the body looks atrophied (lollipop body-head proportions, super thin stick-like legs), and combined with the waving skirt it gives the impression that their locomotion functions are entirely supported by their psychic powers.
For me it was the first psychic design that managed to properly convey the possible effects of the typing's powers in the development of a biological creature. In that way it was creepy and I liked it.
