For that matter, Ghost types should be banned too. They have all of the same bullshit powers that Psychic types do, with the added bonus of intangibility.

??? Teleport work exactly like you'd expect. You can't do much with it in a turn-based RPG, but lore-wise, it's used exactly as teleportation is typically used.
