This is the team I've been running, just beat Blue. I used Granbull over Blissey for Johto but it's kind of just a worse version of Ursaring which is still good but kind of boring. It has Shadow Ball and Charm to differentiate itself but Ursaring has Return, EQ, and Rest which just utterly blows it out of the water.
I would definitely use Kenya the Spearow over Noctowl if I did this run again, Noctowl is truly awful. Hypnosis is good for catching things at least. You might also consider resetting the Odd Egg for a shiny Igglybuff/Cleffa, though it would take a while. Longer than it takes to breed Ancient Power onto Dunsparce? I doubt it.
