I guess this cements that Jasmine's official dress color is in fact blue, and not the green color we see her in her game sprites and Masters.
Though this does make me question why DeNa decided to base Jasmine's color off of her sprite and not her official art, especially since we know GameFreak sent DeNa early sketches of finalized HGSS designs, which did show Jasmine's dress being blue. It also makes me wonder why GameFreak had Jasmine's sprite be green, and never changed it in B2W2 when they were deadset on making her dress blue, or why they let DeNa just have her dress be green in Masters.
Her model in Masters made me think green was the correct color and that the blue we see in her art and any non-Masters media was an error
