In the Pheromosa thread I saw a lot of "I didn't think this was banworthy at first, but now I see it's clearly too much so I'm voting ban." This isn't to say that the council hasn't been too bureaucratic in some cases, like with Arena Trap which really didn't need the suspect given the precedent for banning it, but claiming that any suspect that didn't end in a <20 point margin was a waste of time is flawed reasoning; just because you leave the test with an overwhelming consensus, doesn't mean you started the test with it.
