You are an average boy living in the Pokemon world when a mysterious magical field begins to spread over the land, affecting both genders differently. The female trainers and NPCs begin to get taller, and taller, and taller, while growing an increasing bust size and bottom curves. The males subsequently start to shrink smaller, and smaller, and smaller and weaker. As you go through the game, you keep getting shorter and eventually need to ask for help from the bigger, growing females to do things for you like use the PC or get things off high shelves. Women begin to treat all the men differently, but all react in a different way. Some of them feel bad and will do whatever they can to help you while some will refuse to give you services or sell you items unless you beat them in a battle. You can eventually go out on a date with your tall, growing rival, and if you succeed, you can ride around in her massive cleavage and she'll take you to wherever you need to go and will beat the shit out of anyone who tries to deny you service, both physically and with pokemon.
