It's still going to struggle in battle, but at least it's got something more functional than Ancient Power for special rock moves and blizzard for Snow Warning. This is without even going into the bizarre logic of an aurora pokemon that doesn't learn aurora veil and a rock type that has gems on its body but doesn't learn power gem.
Giving Alolan Ninetales Snow Warning and Aurora Veil but not Aurorus is some blatant shilling on GF's part.
